NATALIA BEMBER
I'm Natalia Bember, Founder and Executive Director of Access World Foundation.
After being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, I experienced firsthand how fragmented and inaccessible information and services are for disabled people. I founded Access World Foundation in 2026 and led its incorporation, governance, and board formation. My vision is a world where disabled people have equal access to verified information, services, and opportunities.

DENISE MAXWELL
I am a 60 year old woman who was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) in 2023. Prior to my diagnosis, I was an active, healthy marathon runner. Presently, I suffer from random joint pain and inflammation, as well as intermittent extreme fatigue.
Without financial assistance during medical leave from work, it would be impossible for many of us to meet basic needs. As a recipient of disability benefits, I have faced many challenges in the process of completing and maintaining my claim, from completing time-sensitive daunting paperwork while being very ill to attending long appointments with my insurance company, as well as keeping medical and laboratory records. I know firsthand how confusing, frustrating, exhausting, and stressful this can be. I bring knowledge from these experiences to Access World Foundation.
INNA BUGAICHUK
For thirteen years, I worked at Invaprom, in Ukraine, a scientific and manufacturing enterprise dedicated to creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities. During this time, I was also actively involved in the organisation's foundation and witnessed firsthand how meaningful employment, inclusion, and a supportive environment can transform people's lives.
My connection to the disability community goes back even further. Since childhood, I have been surrounded by the challenges faced by people with disabilities, which has shaped my understanding of inclusion and strengthened my commitment to creating opportunities for greater independence and participation.
Today, I am grateful to continue this journey with Access World Foundation, bringing my experience, personal perspective, and lifelong commitment to supporting people with disabilities. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to contribute, to be valued, and to build a fulfilling and independent life.
